Big Improvement On Budget

I recently had Victor do some work in my main floor bathroom.  My house is new, but [prior to Victor's work], I was very disappointed with the tile design as well as craftsmanship in that bathroom. I asked Victor for his opinion and an estimate.  He was able not only to quote a price for my original "budget" idea, but brought with him experience and a great eye for what would fit in the overall design of the house.

Ultimately, I decided on a bigger change than I originally had planned - but I am now convinced that I would have been disappointed to have changed only a small part of the original design. Victor was very timely and courteous - telling me exactly when he would be at my home and how long the project would take.  He finished on time and on budget and everyone who has seen the before and after agrees that it is a BIG improvement. I only wish he had been the tile contractor used initially.  I highly recommend him and his work.

Beautiful Work & Upbeat Service

My wife and I just completed a major upgrade of our kitchen.  The eye-catching finishing touch was a new stone-tiled backsplash by Victor Lake (name of company) that wraps all the way around its three walls.  

The effect is beautiful!  Let me name the reasons we love Victor Lake's work:  1) he is a clean-cut, upbeat person who was terrific to work with now for the second time . . . the year before he did a fabulous job re-doing our laundry room, tiling the floor, hanging cabinets and doing general carpentry. 2) We took every one of his materials and stylistic suggestions, 3) he was prompt in keeping his installation appointment and got the job done in record time, and 4) he saved us money in dealing with the tile store and the price of his own work was a bargain. 

For these, and added, reasons we're glad to give Metro Floors and Victor Lake our unreserved, highest recommendation.
